This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, ushering in a new chapter of development opportunities for both countries. To further promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation in higher education between China and Thailand, a delegation from Suratthani Rajabhat University, led by President Asst. Prof. Dr. Wattana Rattanaprom and Vice President Dr. Somprat Wuttichan, visited our company and several partner institutions, including Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. The delegation was accompanied by Su Anjiang, General Manager of our company; Tang Yan, Director of the University Partnership Division; and colleagues from relevant departments.

On the morning of March 19, the delegation from Suratthani Rajabhat University visited our company for an in-depth exchange. They were warmly received by Su Anjiang, General Manager; Tang Yan, Director of the University Partnership Division; Wu Weipei, Program Director; and Dong Yining, Development Director of the International Cooperation Division. During the meeting, Su provided a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development, core programs, and achievements. He emphasized that the company will fully leverage its strengths in international programs and professional services to deepen cooperation with Suratthani Rajabhat University, particularly in areas such as winter and summer study tours and programs for Thai students to study in China. President Wattana Rattanaprom expressed his strong interest in collaborating with the company and looked forward to further deepening the partnership through this visit, jointly exploring more opportunities for cooperation. After the meeting, both sides exchanged souvenirs and took group photos to commemorate the occasion.

On the afternoon of March 19, the delegation visited Shenzhen University and the Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences, where they were warmly received by Wu Baoshui, Deputy Party Secretary of Shenzhen University; Han Shuixian, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation; Zheng Jie, Associate Dean of the College of International Exchange; as well as leaders and faculty members from the Academy.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as institutional development, educational philosophies, and disciplinary strengths, and reached a number of preliminary cooperation intentions. Based on its own needs in faculty development and discipline enhancement, Suratthani Rajabhat University plans to send teachers to Shenzhen University in batches to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees, and to organize government-sponsored faculty and student delegations for academic visits and study programs.

This marks a new stage in the educational cooperation between the two universities and lays a solid foundation for deeper future collaboration in academic exchange, cultural communication, and more.

On the morning of March 20, the President of Suratthani Rajabhat University led a delegation to visit the City University of Macau. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Vice President Han Wei and other university leaders.

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as talent cultivation, research collaboration, and student exchange programs. Following a productive and enthusiastic exchange, both parties reached a consensus and signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a Student Exchange Agreement. These agreements have laid a solid foundation for further collaboration and marked the beginning of a new chapter in the partnership between the two institutions.

On the afternoon of March 20, the delegation visited Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, where they were warmly received by Vice President Shen Minghao and other university leaders. The two universities engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as student exchange programs and initiatives for Thai students to study in China.

During the exchange, both sides actively shared their respective resource advantages, educational philosophies, and program implementation experiences. After detailed discussions and consultations regarding the implementation plan, a consensus was reached, and a signing ceremony was held.

The deep collaboration between the two institutions in talent cultivation will help nurture versatile talents with international perspectives and professional skills, injecting new vitality into the educational and cultural development of China and Thailand in the new era.

On the morning of March 21, the delegation visited Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, where they were warmly received by President Yu Haifeng, along with leaders and faculty members from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, the Academic Affairs Office, the Scientific Research Office, and various schools.

The delegation toured the university’s history museum and gained a comprehensive understanding of its development, academic achievements, and outstanding contributions to the field of education since its founding.

Following the visit, both sides engaged in discussions on potential cooperation in academic research, faculty and student exchanges, and joint training programs. The meeting laid a solid foundation for a friendly partnership between the two universities and opened the door to broader and deeper collaboration in the field of education.
