To further expand international exchange and cooperation, deepen cooperation with overseas partners, and optimize the safety guarantee system for paid internship programs in Japan, our general manager Su Anjiang, project director Xie Fei of the School-Enterprise Cooperation Department, and Wang Xinyuan, a specialist from the Overseas Cooperation Department, invited Zeng Qin, vice president of the School of Foreign Languages, Hunan University of Technology; Jin Chuang, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Foreign Languages, Yulin Normal University, Guangxi; Pang Mingcong, director of the International Exchange Office; Li Bing, director of the Teaching Affairs Office, Guangdong University of Science and Technology; Wang Wenzhong, director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Guangzhou Huashang College; and Yu Cong, director of the Japanese teaching and research office of the School of Foreign Languages, Guangzhou Business College, to visit Japan. The delegation went to Japan for an exchange visit on January 14.

On the afternoon of January 14, the delegation arrived at the Yagawa Grand Hotel to attend a symposium on paid internships in Japan. The general manager of the Yagawa Grand Hotel extended a warm welcome to the delegation, gave a comprehensive introduction to the hotel's overall situation, and based on his rich experience in hotel management, discussed various situations that Chinese interns might face during their internships in Japan, including adapting to the work environment, improving professional skills, and getting along with Japanese colleagues and young students from different countries. Constructive suggestions were given for each point. Subsequently, representatives of Chinese interns shared their internship experiences. They shared the common experience that through the honing of professional training and practical operations in the hotel, their Japanese language skills and overall abilities had made qualitative leaps, bringing them rich and colorful work and life experiences. Finally, representatives of the delegation had a cordial exchange with the students participating in the paid internship program in Japan.

From January 15 to 16, the delegation went to the Mizunami Kogen 200 Hotel to participate in a training report meeting. Wang Wenzhong, a representative of the delegation, delivered a speech, thanking the hotel for its warm hospitality and acknowledging the achievements of the paid internship program in Japan. He expressed hope that both sides would further deepen cooperation and exchanges on the basis of existing good cooperation. Subsequently, Chinese interns from the skiing department, restaurant department, and guest room department shared their internship experiences: with a positive attitude and an upward spirit, they have adapted to the hotel's management model and work habits, and their abilities in Japanese communication and service reception have improved significantly. At the same time, under the care and guidance of the internship leaders and teachers from their universities, they were able to receive encouragement and support when encountering difficulties. This warm support from their alma mater became their source of motivation.

Finally, the unveiling ceremony of the Yulin Normal University Overseas Internship Practice Base was successfully held, marking a solid step forward in the internationalization of the school's education and providing more students with the opportunity to enter the international workplace, experience the culture and work environment of different countries firsthand, and improve their overall quality and international competitiveness.

On January 17, the delegation visited the Tokyo branch of the Asia-Pacific Communication Center of the China Foreign Languages Publishing & Distribution Administration (People's China Magazine and China Report Magazine), gaining an in-depth understanding of its achievements in external cultural exchange and cultural dissemination. They also actively discussed how to better protect students during the process of Sino-Japanese education and cultural exchange.
