University Extension Director

Work Location: Primarily Guangzhou and Changchun, other provincial capital cities are also acceptable

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain school channels, establishing stable cooperative relationships with relevant personnel;

2. Be responsible for the implementation and execution of recruitment work in channel schools, and promptly resolve various problems during the work process;

3. Ensure that the recruitment volume of each channel meets the expected targets;

4. Summarize the experience of channel development and maintenance, and regularly share it with the team;

5. Lead the recruitment team to complete recruitment targets.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in sales work with schools, government, corporate clients, or in a B2B model;

2. Possess good pressure resistance and a strong self-realization and achievement motivation, eager to achieve high income and high development;

3. Ability to solve problems in complex environments, responsible, pragmatic, and optimistic;

4. Agree with the results-oriented assessment and management methods, and can accept business trips;

5. Rich experience in business negotiations and clear communication and expression skills;

6. Overseas study and overseas exchange experience and experience in the education industry are preferred.
