Overseas Expansion Manager

Work Location: Guangzhou

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain overseas cooperation channels, and establish stable cooperative relationships with relevant persons in charge of overseas cooperation channels;

2. Be responsible for the implementation and development of overseas cooperation channel positions or projects, and promptly solve various problems in the work process;

3. Ensure that the number of positions in each overseas channel meets the travel goals of teachers and students from domestic partner universities;

4. Summarize the experience of developing and maintaining overseas channels and share it with the team regularly.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-time), TEM-8/IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 500/TOEFL iBT 80 or above, English major preferred;

2. More than one year of independent overseas work experience, in-depth understanding of international projects, those with overseas work/study experience are preferred;

3. Able to communicate with overseas partners in fluent English (both written and oral) for project exchanges, meticulous and careful, efficient execution, strong sense of responsibility, and organized work;

4. Able to quickly understand the overall situation and workflow of the project, with team spirit, able to complement each other to achieve the maximum team work efficiency;

5. Able to adjust mentality and improve methods in time under continuous pressure to ensure work results.
