General Manager Assistant
Work Location: Guangzhou
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager in handling company business-related work, plans, meeting management and minutes, business trips, tracking of important matters, supervision and implementation of related administrative management work;
2. Arrange and participate in the reception of domestic and foreign cooperative colleges and partners (mostly domestic and foreign colleges and universities);
3. Draft and initial review of relevant company documents, official notices and news;
4. Responsible for the stamping and safekeeping of business contracts and agreements;
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, English Level Six (or CET-4) or above, experience as a general assistant or assistant to the chairman in international education or the education industry is preferred;
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and be good at handling interpersonal relationship issues;
3. Good image, with good communication, organization and coordination, public relations response, pressure resistance, planning and execution abilities, proactive and responsible work attitude, good confidentiality awareness and communication and coordination abilities;
4. Able to drive, those who can adapt to business trips are preferred.
