English: Overseas Specialist (US visa experience required)

Work Location: Guangzhou

Job Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly understand international projects and assist department leaders in handling related matters, including but not limited to providing project training and explanations to business teams, and professional liaison with foreign partners;

2. Fluent English (including written, oral, and listening) is required to assist department leaders in exchanging project information with international partners;

3. Strictly adhere to the time nodes and event nodes of project operations, and strictly be results-oriented;

4. According to project requirements and standardized procedures, complete work in various stages (including project material collection, compilation, update review, oral testing, information submission and archiving, etc.);

5. Support and assist business channel development and enrollment teams in customer service work (including feedback on project progress information, handling of emergencies, answering student questions, etc.);

6. Assist in receiving international visiting groups and other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, College English Test Band 4 or 8/IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 500 (New TOEFL 80) or above, English majors preferred;

2. Those with work/study experience in the United States and other foreign countries are preferred;

3. Conscientious and responsible: meticulous work, patience, effective execution, strong sense of responsibility, and organized work;

4. Learning ability: able to quickly understand the overall project situation and workflow;

5. Pressure resistance: able to adjust mentality and improve methods in a state of continuous pressure to ensure work results, and able to accept appropriate business trips.
